How do I switch between Outro membership plans?
You can switch between Outro's membership plans at any time. Sometimes you will need clinician approval to downgrade your plan. Just let us know and we'll take care of it.

When to consider switching
- Taper Management → Taper Platform: If you're holding your dose and not actively making reductions, the Platform plan can lower your monthly cost while keeping access to peer support, symptom tracking, and messaging.
- Taper Platform → Taper Management: If you're ready to actively taper and want a monthly visit bundled in, upgrading to Taper Management gives you that structure.
- Monthly → Quarterly billing: Save by switching to quarterly billing on any plan.
How to switch
Message us through the Outro Portal or email care@outro.com and let us know which plan you'd like to switch to. We'll confirm the details and timing with you before making any changes.
