How do I update my payment information?

If you need to update your payment card — whether it's expired, been replaced, or you'd like to switch to a different card — you can do this directly from your account.

How to update your payment info

  1. Log in to your Outro portal and go to Account Settings.
  2. Find the Billing section — you'll see links there to update or change your card details.
  3. That's it! Your new card will be used for all future charges.

When should I update my payment info?

  • Your card has expired or been replaced by your bank
  • You received a notice that a payment was declined
  • You'd like to switch to a different card
