How do I update my payment information?
If you need to update your payment card — whether it's expired, been replaced, or you'd like to switch to a different card — you can do this directly from your account.
How to update your payment info
- Log in to your Outro portal and go to Account Settings.
- Find the Billing section — you'll see links there to update or change your card details.
- That's it! Your new card will be used for all future charges.
When should I update my payment info?
- Your card has expired or been replaced by your bank
- You received a notice that a payment was declined
- You'd like to switch to a different card
