Self-Pay Pricing
Evaluation
To get started, you can book an evaluation with a clinician trained in safe deprescribing. Evaluation pricing starts at $99 and is personalized based on case complexity.
Taper Management — $275/month
Our full-service tapering program includes:
- A neuroscience-based, adaptive taper plan
- A monthly follow-up visit with your clinician
- Between-visit messaging with your clinician and care team for urgent needs or quick questions
- Withdrawal symptom tracking tools
- Support with prescribing commercial/compounded medications
- Access to our weekly peer support groups
- Unlimited access to our deprescribing resources and educational material
For more acute cases (like medication reinstatement to stabilize existing withdrawal symptoms), monthly program costs may be higher.
Taper Platform — $99/month
A lighter-weight option that includes access to your taper plan, symptom tracking tools, educational resources, and peer support groups — without a bundled monthly clinician visit.
Quarterly Billing Discounts
Save when you pay quarterly instead of monthly:
- Taper Management: $225/month (billed quarterly) — save $150/quarter
- Taper Platform: $79/month (billed quarterly) — save $60/quarter
Insurance-Based Pricing
If you have an accepted insurance plan through our Headway partnership:
- Membership fee: $99/month — covers your taper plan, tools, messaging, peer support groups, and resources
- Clinician visits: Billed through your insurance — you pay your plan's copay per visit
